Doug (RV doctor) is great, provides helpful information, and really knows the ins and outs of all parts of an RV! He was quick to respond. I am new to the whole RV thing and I had no idea about any part of my RV! I bought and vintage RV and decided to remodel it and begin RVing! We called Doug and he was able to come by two days later, we stripped all the walls, Doug was able to test all the appliances, wires, lights, batteries and really teach us how to use and hook up everything in our RV, he thoroughly explained the supplies we needed or things that would make our lives easier when it came to our RV. I am very pleased with how helpful he was, a lot of times I feel like mechanics try to take advantage of you or try and treat you like an idiot when asking questions, but Doug was very helpful and understanding! He charges by the hour so he made sure to move quickly and thoroughly and not waste any time! After spending only an hour and a half working with him I now feel like I'm ready to refinish the flooring and the walls and get on the road! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
